Biography
Trina Sharifa Cuff is a soulful gospel singer from Philadelphia. Anointed with the gift to blend jazz, R & B, and soul with the spreading of the good news! Trina has been strongly influenced by the Philadelphia sound and has successfully recorded three albums. The first being, "Finish The Race" the second, "Spirit" and her most recent release entitled "It's You". "It's You", the single, has become very popular with many secular and Christian radio stations and reached number #2 in the UK Soul charts.
Trina Sharifa Cuff has spent many years singing in Europe, especially in the London (UK)! After she visited England back in 1997, London soon became the center for all her international contacts. She has also sung in Holland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany as well as Nigeria and Ghana. In many places she is just known by the name, Sharifa.
Trina sung her first solo at age five in a local Philadelphia Church of God In Christ ministry however, she did not dedicate her musical gifts solely to God until she was in her early 20's after hearing such artist like Carman and Yolanda Adams.
Trina has been a blessing to many and uses her musical gifts to help address everyday issues that the youth face. In the past she has created events for the youth called Youth Explosion in London and has also produced seasonal TV gospel programs for the youth on OBE TV called Gospel World and Good News Vybe.
Her music and ministry strives to make an impact in the lives of all people but especially the youth!
